A chemical peel is one of aesthetic medicine’s most proven treatments: a carefully selected acid solution gently dissolves the bonds holding dull, damaged surface cells, prompting fresh skin to take their place. At Skincredible, peels are physician-led. We use respected medical-grade formulations and match the peel depth to your skin type, concerns, and schedule.

You may be a good candidate for Chemical Peels if…

  • Your skin looks dull or feels rough
  • You have sun damage or dark spots
  • You get breakouts, or marks they leave behind
  • You’re starting to see fine lines
  • You want to choose how much downtime you take

Sound like you? Your first consultation is free — we’ll talk through your goals together and map out a plan that fits them.

Matched to your skin, not one-size-fits-all

Light peels brighten with virtually no downtime; deeper formulations address stubborn pigmentation, texture, and fine lines with several days of visible peeling. During your consultation we assess your skin, walk through the options, and design a plan, often a series, to reach your goals safely.

A peel makes the rest of your skincare work harder

Peels are versatile problem-solvers — dullness, rough texture, sun damage, melasma, acne and the marks it leaves, and fine lines all respond. They also improve everything you do at home: clearing away the dull surface layer lets the active ingredients in your serums and creams actually reach living skin, so the products you already own start earning their keep.

Benefits of Chemical Peels.

  • Brightens dull, tired-looking skin
  • Smooths rough texture and fine lines
  • Fades sun spots and post-acne marks
  • Helps clear breakouts and congestion
  • Customizable depth and downtime
  • Physician-selected medical-grade formulas

Good to Know

Frequently asked questions.

Will my skin visibly peel?

It depends on the formulation. Light peels may cause only mild flaking, while medium-depth peels typically produce several days of visible peeling. We’ll set clear expectations before your treatment.

How should I prepare for a chemical peel?

Stop exfoliating products 48 hours before, discontinue retinol and acids 7 days prior, avoid waxing for 14 days, and limit sun exposure for two weeks before your appointment. Full pre-care instructions are on our Pre & Post Care page.

Are peels safe for darker skin tones?

Many peel formulations are safe and effective for deeper skin tones when properly selected. This is exactly why physician-led peel selection matters. We choose formulas with your skin tone and history in mind.
