Microneedling with PRP treatment being performed on a client at Skincredible in Wichita

Microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and exosomes is one of the most requested treatments at Skincredible, and for good reason. Also known as collagen induction therapy, this physician-performed treatment uses precise micro-channels to trigger your skin’s natural repair response, then supercharges healing with growth factors drawn from your own blood. The result is firmer, smoother, more radiant skin that improves for weeks after each session.

You may be a good candidate for Microneedling + PRP if…

  • You’re starting to see fine lines or early wrinkles
  • You have acne scars or uneven texture
  • Your pores look large or your skin looks dull
  • Your skin is starting to lose its firmness
  • You want a natural change without filler

Sound like you? Your first consultation is free — we’ll talk through your goals together and map out a plan that fits them.

How it works

A medical-grade microneedling device creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin, signaling your body to produce fresh collagen and elastin. We then apply PRP (the growth-factor-rich portion of your own blood) or advanced exosome serums directly into those channels, where they accelerate repair and amplify results. Because the treatment works with your own biology, results look natural and build progressively.

A regenerative alternative to fillers

If you want real improvement without injectable volume, collagen induction therapy is a compelling option. Rather than masking concerns, it rebuilds the skin’s underlying structure. That is why many Wichita clients choose it for fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores, and overall skin quality.

What happens with your PRP

Your appointment starts with a simple blood draw, just like a lab visit. While your skin numbs, we spin your sample in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, the cells packed with the growth factors your body uses to heal. That golden plasma layer is then applied into the fresh microchannels, delivering your own regenerative biology exactly where the skin is rebuilding. It’s the same principle behind PRP’s use in orthopedics and hair restoration, applied to skin.

Microneedling with PRP vs. Morpheus8

Both build collagen through controlled micro-injury, but they work at different depths. Classic microneedling with PRP treats the surface and upper dermis. It’s ideal for texture, tone, scarring, and glow. Morpheus8 adds radiofrequency energy that reaches the deeper layers where true tightening happens. Surface quality: microneedling + PRP. Structural lift: Morpheus8. Many treatment plans alternate both.

What it costs in Wichita

Pricing depends on whether your plan uses PRP or exosomes and how many sessions your goals require. Most clients see the best value in a series of three with per-session savings. You’ll receive exact pricing at your consultation before anything is scheduled.

Good to Know

Frequently asked questions.

Does microneedling with PRP hurt?

A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment, so most clients feel only light pressure or a mild sandpaper-like sensation. Any redness or sensitivity typically fades within 24–48 hours.

How many treatments will I need?

Most clients see the best results with a series of 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Collagen continues to rebuild for weeks after each treatment, so results keep improving over time.

What is the difference between PRP and exosomes?

PRP is prepared from a small sample of your own blood and is rich in your personal growth factors. Exosomes are advanced regenerative serums that deliver concentrated cell-signaling molecules. During your consultation we recommend the option best suited to your skin goals.

Who should avoid microneedling?

Microneedling is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an active infection, rash, or breakout in the treatment area. We review your full health history at your consultation.

How much does microneedling with PRP cost?

Pricing depends on whether your plan uses PRP or exosomes and the length of your series. Three-session packages offer the best per-session value. You’ll get exact pricing at your consultation.

Does microneedling with PRP help acne scars?

Yes. Textural acne scarring is one of its best-proven uses. The microchannels break up scar tissue while new collagen fills and smooths depressed scars over a series of treatments. Deep or tethered scars may benefit from combining with Morpheus8.

How long do the results last?

Collagen built over your series is long-lasting, and most clients maintain their results with one or two refresh sessions per year, alongside good skincare and daily SPF.
