Financial Policy & Appointment Terms.

At Skincredible Medspa, we are committed to providing personalized aesthetic and wellness services with transparency and care. Please review our financial and appointment policies before scheduling your visit.

Payment & insurance.

All services and treatments offered at Skincredible Medspa are elective and are paid for out of pocket by the client. Our services are not covered by health insurance, and we do not bill insurance companies or submit claims for reimbursement on behalf of clients.

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been approved in advance. Clients are responsible for all charges associated with their selected services, treatments, products, and applicable fees.

Voluntary services & treatment decisions.

All aesthetic and wellness services provided by Skincredible Medspa are voluntary. Clients choose whether to pursue a treatment after reviewing the available options, expected benefits, potential risks, and associated costs with their provider.

Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and discuss their goals and concerns before proceeding with any service. Treatment recommendations are individualized, and clients may decline a recommended service at any time.

Cancellation & rescheduling policy.

We understand that schedules can change. As a courtesy to our clients and providers, we ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be considered a no-show and subject to a fee.

Please note that cancellation and no-show fees may apply to all appointment types, including consultations and treatment appointments. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future scheduling privileges.

If you need to change your appointment, please contact Skincredible Medspa as soon as possible.

Consultation fee policy.

Consultations allow our providers to evaluate your concerns, discuss your goals, review appropriate treatment options, and determine whether a service may be suitable for you.

A $50 fee applies to missed consultation appointments when the client does not attend their scheduled consultation without providing the required notice. This fee helps compensate for reserved appointment time that cannot be offered to another client.

Consultation fees, deposits, or other appointment-related charges, when applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking. Any applicable fee must be satisfied in accordance with our appointment policies.
